This paper tackles problem in finding effective location for evacuation site using graph theory. This study views road and pedestrian path as directed graph, and undirected graph, each of them being edges, and intersection of the path as nodes (vertices in graph). Setting the evacuation sites at vertices with high betweenness centrality measure was effective in evacuating citizens shown in the simulation.
